What does a Matterport tour show?
It presents an interactive view of the scanned interior. Viewers can move between rooms and look around, which helps them understand the layout and how spaces connect.
How much does a 3D tour cost?
Tours start at $250 plus tax. Our Standard Package starts at $500 plus tax and combines up to 40 photos, a 3D tour and a floor plan. Property size and travel can affect the final price.
How long is the tour hosted?
The first three months of hosting are free, followed by $15 per month. Confirm your hosting arrangement and how long you want the tour available when booking.
Can viewers use a phone or computer?
Yes. The interactive tour can be viewed on a phone or desktop using its tour link. The example above lets you try it before booking.
Is a floor plan included?
Our Basic, Standard, Premium and Luxury packages all include a floor plan. Confirm inclusions when booking a standalone tour or a commercial project.
