How is this different from listing photography?
Listing photography presents a property to prospective buyers or tenants. An architectural or interior project brief focuses on communicating completed design work for a professional portfolio. We discuss the intended audience, important features, shot list and usage before quoting.
How much does a project shoot cost?
Request a project quote so we can confirm the location, coverage, required media, intended uses and timing. Published residential listing packages are available on our media packages page; a design portfolio project may need a different scope.
Can I include a 3D tour, video or drone media?
Yes. NVISION 3D offers photography, walkthrough video, drone media, Matterport 3D tours and floor plans. Choose the formats that explain your project best. Drone coverage is subject to location and conditions; tour hosting terms are confirmed before booking.
What should I prepare before the shoot?
Share a shot list and intended uses, arrange access and owner permission, complete cleaning and styling, and identify key finishes or viewpoints. Let us know about occupied spaces, access restrictions and your preferred schedule.
When will my project media be delivered?
Our published listing packages include delivery within 24 hours. For a custom architectural or interior project, confirm the delivery schedule with your quote, especially when several media formats or visits are required.
Can the photos be used by several project partners?
Tell us which firms or partners need to use the images and where they will appear. We will confirm the appropriate usage terms in your project quote before the shoot.
