Professional photography helps prospective buyers and tenants assess the rooms, light, finishes and exterior before arranging a visit. A consistent gallery is useful across listing pages and marketing channels. It does not guarantee a sale price or a faster sale; pricing, condition, location and market demand also affect the result.

Choose Basic when you need photography and a floor plan. Standard adds an interactive virtual tour. Premium adds your choice of a walkthrough video or drone video; selecting drone video also includes drone photos. Luxury includes both videos, drone photos and unlimited photos. Drone images can help explain a property’s lot, building position and surroundings when those details matter to the listing. They are an optional addition to interior and ground-level exterior photos. Live twilight photos are captured on location around sunset. Virtual twilight is an edit that gives a daytime photo an evening appearance. Choose an on-location session when you want actual dusk lighting, and discuss the intended use of edited images before ordering. Ask about twilight photography and clearly identify digitally altered images where required.

Virtual staging adds digital furniture and décor to a property photo so viewers can imagine how an empty room could be used. It does not physically furnish the space. Clean and declutter before the appointment, clear counters and floors, make beds, and remove personal items you do not want photographed. Basic is $300, Standard $500, Premium $700 and Luxury $900, CAD, plus applicable tax. Properties over 2,500 square feet incur additional charges. Confirm the final price when booking.

Basic, Standard and Premium include up to 40 photos. Luxury includes unlimited photos.

Every package includes photos, a floor plan, virtual feature sheet, virtual twilight, blue sky replacement, a custom property page and delivery within 24 hours.

Standard, Premium and Luxury include a virtual tour. Basic does not include a virtual tour.

Packages with a 3D tour include 3 months of hosting. Hosting is $15 per month afterward.

Premium includes a video walkthrough OR drone video. Luxury includes both a video walkthrough and drone video.

For a prepared property, photography alone typically takes 30–45 minutes, a Standard package around 45–60 minutes, and a Premium package around 1–1.5 hours. Property size and selected services affect timing.
