01 · Tell us about your property

Share the address, approximate size, key amenities and preferred timing. Choose photography or combine services in the custom quote builder.

02 · Prepare for your shoot

Clean and declutter, make every bed, straighten linens and set out the amenities guests will actually find. Clear counters and prepare outdoor seating. Read the property preparation guide.

03 · Receive your edited media

Photography is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Confirm timing for any additional media when planning your session.

How much does Airbnb photography cost?

Photography starts at $180 + tax for up to 40 edited photos. Larger properties, extra coverage and travel may change the quote. Packages with additional media start at $300 + tax.

How soon will I receive my photos?

Our standard photography turnaround is 24 hours after the shoot. Ask about timing when coordinating guest check-ins or a listing launch.

Do you photograph cottages and chalets?

Yes. Tell us about the interiors, outdoor spaces and amenities you want to show. We confirm travel and scheduling for your location before booking.

Can I add drone photos, a tour or video?

Yes. Drone media, Matterport 3D tours, floor plans and video can be added or combined in a package. Drone availability depends on the location and conditions. Ask about ongoing hosting for a 3D tour.

Can you photograph several rental properties?

Yes. Send the addresses, property sizes, services and target dates. We will put together a quote and coordinate the schedule around access and guest turnover.

Can I use the photos on other booking platforms?

Let us know whether you need images for Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your own website or social channels. We will confirm the intended uses and applicable licensing in your quote.
