Matterport 3D tours give buyers, prospective tenants and commercial clients an interactive view of a scanned property. Viewers can move between rooms and revisit the layout at their own pace using a shareable tour link.
NVISION 3D creates Matterport tours in Ottawa and Gatineau, with standalone tours starting at $250 + tax. Provide the address, property size and intended use so we can confirm the coverage and final price.

Choose the right tour and media coverage
A 3D tour explains the relationship between rooms. Photography shows selected details and exterior views; video guides the viewer through a planned sequence; a floor plan gives an overview. Combine them according to the audience and the space.
Standalone tour or a complete package?
Standalone tours start at $250 + tax. The Standard Package is $500 + tax and includes up to 40 photos, a 3D tour, floor plan, virtual feature sheet, virtual twilight, blue sky replacement and custom property page, with delivery within 24 hours.
Premium and Luxury add video coverage. Premium includes drone photographs when its drone-video option is selected. Luxury includes walkthrough video, drone video and drone photography. Compare all package inclusions before choosing.
Hosting and project scope
Three months of tour hosting are included, then $15 per month. Confirm the hosting period, property size, access, intended use and any travel charges before booking. Properties over 2,500 sq. ft. incur additional charges. For a standalone scan or commercial project, confirm whether a floor plan or other deliverables are part of your quotation.
Prepare the space before scanning
Finish cleaning, lighting and furniture placement before the appointment. Arrange access to the rooms included in the scan and tell us about occupied spaces or access restrictions. Our property preparation guide helps you organize the shoot.

For your own property, confirm the scan coverage, tour link and hosting period. Photography, floor plans, video and other assets depend on the service or package selected; they are not automatically included with every standalone tour.
Additional requirements for a business or building
Tell us if the project needs branding, information points, website embedding or coverage across several spaces. We’ll review what is supported and include the agreed deliverables in the project scope. For storefronts and public-facing premises, ask us about Google Street View and confirm the appropriate option for the project.

Help prospective buyers understand the layout before arranging a visit. A tour complements a balanced photograph gallery and can be revisited after a showing to compare rooms and connections.

Use the tour link on your property page and other supported marketing channels. Confirm any platform requirements with your brokerage or listing provider before publishing. Keep the hosting period aligned with your marketing plan and contact us about availability for a longer-term project.
For recurring listings or a portfolio, explore brokerage and team partnerships. Scope, scheduling, usage and invoicing arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.
Delivery: separate tours from photo rush upgrades
Our four media packages include delivery within 24 hours. Confirm the timing of standalone scans and custom commercial work when booking.
Same-day photography delivery is an additional $60 + tax. Photography delivery within two hours is an additional $100 + tax, subject to approval. These upgrades apply to photos only, including photos in Basic and Standard where applicable. They do not accelerate delivery of a tour, video or other package media.
